environment since October 2005.

Overview
The Dynamic US Managed Account
Strategy adopts a dynamic, systematic trading approach to trade the
highest capitalised US stocks* with the disciplined application of
leverage and by trading over short-to-medium term time horizons,
the Strategy aims to deliver significant risk adjusted returns over
the medium to long term. Margin use is in a range of 0-70%.
Liquidity
The companies traded within the
strategy are highly liquid thus minimising the potentially negative
effects of execution slippage and maximising the capacity for
investment in the Strategy.
Tax Efficiency
Investors in the Dynamic US
Managed Account Strategy will be introduced to City Index Limited
where margin funds will be held. Each investor has the option of
participation in the Strategy either through the trading of a
Contract For Difference(CFD) or a Rolling Daily Spread Bet. If
opting for a Rolling Daily Spread Bet any profits realised will be
free from UK capital gains tax**.

Performance Objectives
The Dynamic US Managed Account Strategy’s targeted annualised
returns are between +15 and 25%, net of fees. There is no guarantee
